• Maintaining attractive, furnished model homes for showing 7 days a week.
• Providing priority-showing appointments for realtors and brokers and their clients.

• Granting realtor and broker clients access to special community purchase financing available through our lender contacts.

• Honoring a 3 percent broker fee commission on all sales in which a broker is involved.
